Who is Centrov for?

Commercial cleaning, janitorial and security companies managing recurring service contracts in Ontario and across Canada. Centrov connects quotes, cleaner and guard schedules, recorded hours, proof of work, invoicing and contract profitability for the office and the people delivering the work.

What happens when a shift needs cover?

The office can see the gap, review eligible workers and send an offer. Qualifications, availability and working-hour limits inform the decision. The gap remains open until coverage is confirmed; the software cannot guarantee that someone will accept.

How does the crew use it?

Crew use their phone and a PIN to see shifts, read job instructions, record time and submit proof. The crew app also supports shift offers, availability and time-off requests.

Do I still need accounting software?

Yes. Centrov connects operational work to invoicing and job margin. Your accounting system remains the place for your general ledger and formal books; exports help connect the two.

Can I see it before moving my business over?

Yes. Start with a guided conversation and product walkthrough. A real job or contract is welcome, but optional. If there is a fit, import your records and review a draft schedule before publishing it to the crew.

How much does it cost?

There is a $199 CAD monthly minimum. Active field staff are priced in graduated bands: 1–50 at $11 per worker, 51–150 at $7.50 per worker, 151–350 at $6 per worker, 351–600 at $5 per worker, 601–1,000 at $4.25 per worker. Each rate applies only to workers in that band. A 100-person team is $925 per month, about 6.4¢ per billable hour on the illustrative full-time/part-time mix used by our pricing model. Where is my business data hosted?

Centrov’s application database is hosted in Canada. Email, SMS, voice, payment and connected-service providers may process data outside Canada under their own privacy terms. See our privacy policy for details.
